Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated within the shopping cart. Simply add a product to your shopping cart and select your destination. Your shipping price and approximate delivery time frame will be displayed. Shipping is calculated at the end of your transaction.
FREE STANDARD shipping on all orders over $200.00*
Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All standard Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible. Express shipping options are available with additional charges.
Unfortunately, if the wrong address is inputted at the time of order, we are unable to resend, so please ensure you have included the correct details in your order.
ORDER DISPATCH
In-stock products ordered on weekdays before 5pm (excluding Fridays and public holidays) will be dispatched
within 2 working days. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If you haven’t received an email, kindly reach out to our team at info@mrsrice.com.au.
Please note that our tea is hand-blended and hand-packed after the order is made to ensure the freshest ingredients and experience possible. During holidays or peak times, processing/dispatch time may increase.
All dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to processing and postal/carrier delays and matters beyond our control.
Shipping notifications will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time due to other countries’ custom regulations on food and beverage safety.
Delivery Conditions
Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. the customer’s responsibility to address any issues with delivery directly with the courier. Please notify us if an order has not arrived.
